On Demand Support (MODS)
In order to support a Client with Maximo application requests, Projetech can provide “On Demand Support.” Maximo On Demand Support will allow Client to quickly make contact with Projetech to register a request and receive timely assistance from a qualified Maximo Specialist.

- Purchase a bank of hours (minimum of 20) from Projetech on a pre-paid basis.
- Client has up to a year from the date of purchase to use MODS hours.
- To properly support Client, Projetech will need an overview level understanding of the technical environment and the utilization of Maximo. A "discovery" session is scheduled to gain this understanding and can be accomplished with an onsite visit, if desired, or through remote sessions. Discovery session hours are deducted from clients bank of MODS hours. Travel expenses will be billed for onsite visits.
- Projetech requires a single point of contact for each Ticket.
- Provide remote access or ability to shadow a user.
- To use MODS services, simply open a new support Ticket by completeing Projetech's support request form available on our web site.
- Projetech will review the support Ticket and assign the appropriate resource.
- The assigned resource will contact the requestor to discuss the issue and asssist in resolution.
Examples of items not included with MODS:
- The installation of Maximo and related software components in the client's environment is excluded from MODS and must be contracted as a part of a professional services implementation engagement.
- Remote, online training is offered separately as part of our training offerings.
- Database administration is not available through MODS.
- Projetech will respond to each Ticket in a timely fashion. Response time will be dependant upon the specific resource required and assigned.
- Projetech will charge all work effort against the MODS bank of hours and proactively inform Client contact when hours aer running low.
