If you have supporting information to provide, such as screen shots, reports, etc., we recommend that you send an email to support@projetech.com with those attachments rather than using this form.   

For MaaS clients, if the issue is an outage or connectivity, we will respond 24x7.  For other requests and MODS/MSA clients, we will respond during regular business hours, 8-5 M-F.   During business hours, you are also welcome to call the Projetech Help Desk at (513) 661-8500 or (866) 362-4683.
